MBPT Bootcamps

Our sessions are open to all ranges of fitness and are always adaptable to suit the individual.

Our bootcamps have been super popular with hundreds of you joining us over the years.

Our professionally run boot camp certainly fits the bill of a full body workout covering cardiovascular, strength and conditioning along with fun and exhilarating group games.

The sessions allow you to work in a friendly group environment and enjoy the social aspect of exercise.

Our bootcamps run both indoors and outdoors so always look out for where the session is. When outdoors be prepared to get a little wet and dirty especially when flipping those tyres!

Bootcamps are available:

Tuesday 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Saturday 8.30am- 9.30am
