This programme aims to provide 6 weeks of learning & applying functional fitness training to your exercise routine & to help reach your goals.

Functional fitness is where your muscles work together to prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports.

All sessions held at Bowfield Hotel & are open to members & non-members.
