Mark Butler

I’m Mark Butler and I have been involved in the Health and Fitness industry since 2006.

I’m a very enthusiastic personal trainer who enjoys working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. I am fully aware of the differing needs of my clients and will use this information to devise a practical and achievable workout routine to ensure that all my clients achieve maximum results.

Coming from a semi-professional football background I am very aware
of the multiple components that are required to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Therefore, while doing physical workouts I will design and advise my clients on dietary and nutritional information to complement their training.

Jo Conlin

I have been involved in the fitness industry for 13 years. Continually developing and progressing my knowledge and qualifications in many settings. I have worked with adults, children and many special population groups, in various environments from local communities, education settings, professional sports teams, gyms and the outdoors. I have been involved in long-distance running for 9 years and have been training and competing in CrossFit for 2 years. I enjoy all fitness and sport-related activities, mostly CrossFit and hillwalking. I have a genuine passion for reducing barriers to a healthy lifestyle & I am extremely motivated in helping others to achieve their health and fitness-related goals through the use of realistic goal setting coupled with support, advice & an exciting, enjoyable and varied exercise routine.
