About MBPT Fitness

Mark started in the fitness industry over 10 years ago and has been involved in different aspects of the industry. Mark has always been passionate about fitness and sport from a young age and still enjoys playing semi-professional football.

Mark spent the last 6 years as a leisure club manager covering all aspects of leisure and fitness within the club. Although being very operational in this role Mark continued to develop his knowledge and skills by delivering weekly fitness classes and personal training sessions.

Through delivering the personal training sessions, Mark took great pleasure in helping clients achieve their goals and enjoyed being able to pass on his knowledge and experiences to others.

As a result, Mark decided to start his own business (MBPT Fitness). MBPT Fitness will encourage all clients to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle through fun and challenging experiences during personal training sessions.

While focused on our client’s needs we will devise training methods for weight loss, muscular gain, rehabilitation and toning. We specialise in sport specific training, rehabilitation and weight loss. We will provide the knowledge and motivation you require to reach your lifestyle goals.
