About MBPT Fitness

My name is Mark Butler, and I am the owner of MB Fitness. I have over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and have a proven track record of success.

Having been heavily involved in competitive sports from a young age fitness has always been part of my life and something that I am passionate about.

I have run health clubs and been involved in developing gyms but always felt my greatest strength was working with people.

As I always say the ‘clue is in the name’ when it comes to personal training. It is so important to make fitness personal for everyone. Everyone has their journey and objectives that they want to get from fitness, and I believe it is important to grasp what that is before setting off.

For me, it is not a one-system-fits-all approach – the key is personalising the fitness journey for my clients and those who want to make progress.

I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years now and have been running my business for over half that time. During my time as a personal trainer, I have worked with hundreds of clients with huge success stories and transformations.

I believe in providing clients with the tools and traits to then progress their fitness journey on their own. I am very lucky that my clients remain with me for that accountability and motivation even though they have the tools to progress.

I run a successful business, have a young family, and still play competitive sports so understand the limitations and flexibility required to have a successful and sustainable fitness journey.
