Personal Training

We offer 1-1 and 2-1 personal training from a fantastic facility at Bowfield Hotel.

We not only have access to the gym but other studios and outdoor space. So, whether you like to work in a group environment or a private setting we can cater for both.


The personal training we offer focuses on 4 areas:

Personal

The goal is personal to you the client and we will work with you to achieve this. Not everyone works or acts the same, so we aim to put a big focus on what is best suited for you.

Honest

We will always be honest and upfront with all our clients even if it means hearing things they do not like. We always want to be realistic with our clients and set achievable goals. We aim to give honest advice and support to help you along the way.

Motivational

We always aim to be that voice of motivation to help you believe that you can achieve what you want. Our motivation can come through working closely together but also including you within our community of like-minded people working toward their objectives.

Accountability

It’s a word used a lot in personal training and that is because it is what binds everything together. Our goal is to up skill all our clients and help to give them the tools to be a success with their health and fitness. Having a trainer accountable always keeps everything in check while reassuring what you are doing is on point.

For me, it is not a one-system-fits-all approach and making the fitness journey for clients personal and relevant is key.

I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years now and have been running my business for over half that time. During my time as a personal trainer, I have worked with hundreds of clients with huge success stories and transformations.

I believe in providing clients with the tools and traits to then progress their fitness journey on their own. I am very lucky that my clients remain with me for that accountability and motivation even though they have the tools to progress.

I run a successful business, have a young family, and still play competitive sports so understand the limitations and flexibility required to have a successful and sustainable fitness journey.
