I’m Mark Butler and I have been involved in the Health and Fitness industry since 2006.
I’m a very enthusiastic personal trainer who enjoys working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. I am fully aware of the differing needs of my clients and will use this information to devise a practical and achievable workout routine to ensure that all my clients achieve maximum results.
Coming from a semi-professional football background I am very aware
of the multiple components that are required to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
Therefore, while doing physical workouts I will design and advise my clients on dietary and nutritional information to complement their training.
