Entering the gym for the first time can be intimidating, so many different machines, options and no idea where to begin.

This 6 week programme aims to help you learn how to use the equipment, how to put a workout together to suit your own goals & to help build confidence in the gym.

All sessions held at Bowfield Hotel & are open to members and non-members.
